PRICING:

BOOK YOUR RETREAT!

 

For Ladies' Groups:

We charge by the person ~ minimum of
7 ladies to "Book The Nest". Two night minimum. $75/night per person (Taxes are included.) No Sunday start dates please. One person, or group leader, to coordinate and communicate with us, please.


A deposit of $25 per person will be required within 10 days of booking to secure your dates on the calendar and the remainder will be due 30 days prior to your stay.

For an **Open Nest weekend (ladies only, 18 and over) you may book just a room or two. Grab a friend or two and book a room, and meet other creative women. (One person to coordinate your small group of retreaters.)
Since we have three rooms that sleep two and two rooms that sleep three, this allows you to enjoy a get away with your small group. 
The calendar will be color coded in green which indicates an **Open Nest!! Tap on the event to discover which rooms are still available.

For all stays, check in will be at Noon and Check out will be at 2:00pm. 

​

Ask about our early check in option - Enjoy checking in at 6:00pm the night before for an additional charge of just $40/each! This allows crafters to wake up early and get to those projects! 

​

A 3% Payment Processing fee will be added for credit card payments. A 1% fee up to $15will be added for bank to bank payments.

 

Checks should be made out to: The Nest Willis TX, LLC and mailed to our mailing address (not the physical address).

With 12 crafters ~ organizer enjoys a free retreat - unlimited nights!

POLICIES:

 

The Nest is being designed to be a perfect retreat center for creative women! However, we are open to other groups of people booking The Nest, as well. 

​

Please adhere to our no-smoking, no vaping, no drugs policy.

 

Any partying that causes damage to the property, the building or the amenities inside will be assessed and the guest(s) responsible will be charged for correcting any damages. If any items go missing or are stolen it will be recorded and we will work with the group leader to reconcile.

​

Check in is at Noon and check out is at 2:00pm. (If I don’t have another group coming in right after yours please feel free to stay until 4:00! Just check with me to confirm.)

​

No pets allowed.
(A service dog is the exception and will be accommodated.)

"Emotional support animals, comfort animals and
therapy dogs are not service 
animals under Title III of
the ADA. The ADA does not require business owners to
permit these types of animals in their premises."

 

No candles or open flames inside the building please.

​

We are on a septic system out here in the country and there is no disposal in the kitchen so please do not put anything down the sink or the toilets (except TP). Thank you.

​

The Nest is not liable for any loss, damages or claims for any reason on the property or for any events outside of our control, such as loss of power, utilities, cable or internet issues, personal injury, etc.

​

Cancellation policy - since the balance of the retreat total is due thirty days prior to your stay, a cancellation after that will result in loss of deposit; however, if a new date is chosen prior to the 30 days the deposit can be applied to the new dates.

Couples, Family Reunions, Bridesmaids weekends, Weekend training events, etc. ~ Any group other than ladies crafters will need to BOOK THE NEST for a minimum of two nights. Call me for more details and how we can arrange the space to work best for your group to gather!


The Nest can be a great place for family or friends to stay together, or even have a small micro-wedding!
